"Love this sectional! The pillow cushions are super comfy, the fabric seems really durable (only had it a month though) and the covers wash extremely well. My only complaint/suggestion would be to have the cover on the ottoman with a 360-degree zipper so it can also be machine washable (the only reason this isn't a 5-star review). That being said, I have two big dogs and I choose the oyster white chenille fabric (which was risky on my part but I love it) and even if the fabric gets dirty it does easily wash with warm soapy water. Overall- I'm super impressed with the quality and the free white glove delivery and set up was amazing!"

Fabric quality is weak
"The design and comfort is unmatched. However, I’m running into some issues, first there was a tear in the seat cushion that I noticed within a few days. Albany Park was nice enough to send me a replacement. Now I’ve had a couch for just over a month and I’m noticing that the fabric is pulling. I expect pulling from a couch after usage for a year, but it’s been not even two months. Which is so heartbreaking because now I have to plan on replacing all the seat cushions in a year. This couch wasn’t cheap so hopefully the warranty holds up. We are a family with two kids and a dog. The good thing about the fabric is it’s easy to clean up after any stains, but clearly the fabric is not strong enough for a family of our size. I would also recommend getting the white glove service. Shipping took a very long time. They even pushed to reschedule the delivery by a week. Don’t plan on receiving your couch within two weeks. It’s looks more like a month."

"Leaving a review because when I was looking for a couch, all I did was read every review possible. I loveeee this couch. It has exceeded all my expectations. The performance velvet is perfect for my household of pets (two cats, two big dogs, lots of dog visitors). My cats have thrown up on it, my friends have spilled entire bottles of wine on it, I have spilled strawberries, coffee, pasta. It all has wiped right off. Not a stain in sight. My cats love to scratch it, and it’s definitely not cat scratch proof, but it more so looks like stripes on the side rather than torn fabric like my other catches. It doesn’t puncture easily and if I throw a blanket over it they don’t even bother. The pillows and cushions are easy to refluff, I’ve had it for a year and when I do a good fluff it looks brand new. It’s the perfect size, quite large but I have family and friends over all the time, and I can fit 4-6 people on it extremely comfortably. It has often doubled as a bed for guests as well and everyone raves about how comfortable it is. It’s easy to move around and rearrange in different configurations. I haven’t washed any of these covers yet, but I actually bought the same couch in a different color off facebook marketplace (for my air bnb) and I washed all of those. I followed the instructions for washing and drying, there was no shrinkage and everything felt and looked beautiful! I truly have no regrets buying this couch, she’s beautiful, she’s functional, she’s comfortable."

"I’ve had this couch for approximately a month now and so far so good! I love the color because I used to be a boring beige warrior, so it takes me out of my comfort zone without being too overwhelming. You’ll definitely be able to tell which spot on the couch is your favorite because the pillows will begin to flatten, but a good fluff will fix the problem. Overall 10/10, great for a family or if you like to host. The storage is also a plus for all of my blankets. It brings luxury and comfort in one!"
Cushions not full enough
"This couch looks great but a lot of couches look great. for nearly $3000, it is not comfortable. We bought extra cushion stuffers and that has really helped but I'm very disappointed."

"This couch has brought us so much joy. It's way softer than we even expected, and the cushions are so plush. I picked this couch so we could eventually add more pieces when we move somewhere with more space, so the modular aspect is perfect. One really small critique is that there are two metal pieces on the front underside of each section (which I presume are to attach additional pieces or an ottoman). I wish there was a way to remove those metal pieces or tuck them away, since one of the pieces sticks down and is visible from a distance."

- What is the recommend method to clean the cushions and couch? I purchased the sand basket weave. Can this be put in a washer does it need special care?

We're happy to provide you with some care instructions to help keep your fabrics looking their best. We recommend that you first try Spot Cleaning (this should address the majority of stains): Use a clean, absorbent cloth to gently blot any spills, and avoid rubbing the fabric. Clean with a mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water, using a soft cloth or sponge. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before using to prevent mildew or water stains. If unable to resolve, then migrate to Machine Washing: Remove cushion covers and machine wash cold with mild detergent on the delicate cycle. After washing, hang the fabric to dry naturally. Avoid using a dryer to prevent shrinkage or damage. By following these care instructions, you can help extend the life of your fabrics and keep them looking fresh.

- What does "performance linen" mean? What chemicals are they treated with to make them "performance"? Is the fabric made of 100% linen or is it blended with synthetic material?

We use a C0(Carbon Zero) finish which is a water/stain repellent treatment for fabrics that is free of perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs). C0 is a more sustainable alternative to traditional water repellent treatments, which often contain PFCs that are harmful to the environment and human health. - Hi Stephanie, Thank you for contacting us. The Kova Seat and Back Cushions have zippers, allowing you to remove the Covers from the Inserts for cleaning/washing if needed. Please note that unlike the regular Kova Ottoman Cushion, the Kova Storage Ottoman Cushion is attached to Lid so the Cover cannot be machine washed.
